Dietary Accommodations
I am able to accommodate a range of common dietary needs. I've listed the most common requests below, but I'm always willing to discuss other needs. Please contact me here to request one of these modifications and discuss how I can help you celebrate!
Each of the options listed below are tested and vetted to be of the exact delicious quality that my standard menu are held to. Cake should be delicious no matter the dietary modification.
Gluten Free
Any of my regular menu flavors can be made with gluten free flour upon request.
Dairy Free
Any of my regular menu flavors can be made with alternative milk upon request. My standard substitution is almond milk, but I can also use oat or soy.
Vegan
I offer a delicious vegan vanilla cake with the option of vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry vegan buttercream. I also offer strawberry compote, raspberry compote or blackberry compote as vegan filling options.
Nut-Free
I offer a variety of flavors on my regular menu that do not contain nuts. If you would like the specific ingredient contents of a particular flavor, please contact me.
Severe Allergies
Note that I operate a Washington State Cottage Foods Operation, where foods that contain allergens are prepared. Although I take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, I do not operate a nut/allergen free kitchen.
